What is that rice cooker with elephant logo on it?

This question was sent to us by Merna J Sturm, from 1950 Johnny Lane, Milwaukee and she says
“I visited my friend at Nebraska and I saw a very nice cooker at her home and it had an Elephant logo on it and the elephant had raised its trunk. She also was appreciating the feature list of the rice cooker. Can some one please tell me the brand name?”

Hi Merna, This rice cooker you saw was from Brand Zojirushi. Zojirushi is a Japanese word that also means Elephant. This is quite a famous Electronics company based in Osaka, Japan. The company has developed strong roots in United States as well and its products including Rice cookers are one of the hot selling products at Amazon.

I have also used this Rice Cooker for over a year and what i like the best about it is its LCD screen which not only gives me the status of rice while cooking like how much time left while rice are fully cooked. Other than that the bigger fonts of the LCD screen are very useful as they display the current time as well. I like this feature a lot as i don’t have to p[lace a separate clock in my kitchen.
Other than that the feature i appreciate the most is that its inner lid is detachable and can be very easily cleaned with any detergent within a minute. Not only that the inner lid is easy top clean but the whole design of the rice cooker with Elephant logo is very easy to clean within a minute.
It hardly takes 15 minutes and I don’t have any fear of rice being over cooked as their is an automatic mechanism that shutoff the rice cooker as soon as the rice are ready.

Not only that I was used to making rice in it but I found it very handy for making porridge. The reason is that its menu has special instructions and settings for making menu. Me and my husband were on a diet plan and we had to eat the oat porridge once every week and this rice cooker helped us a lot.
